We also routinely act as outside general counsel to small and mid-cap companies, who choose to outsource some or all of their legal functions to our firm.
Our trial lawyers have tried hundreds of civil cases to verdicts in state and federal courts across from coast to coast, including copyright and patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement and false advertising, commercial real estate disputes, business contract and tort claims, shareholder and minority oppression claims, and employment litigation. We also handle federal and state appeals, from briefing to argument, and our attorneys have obtained several published favorable appellate decisions.
