Susan A. Stoddard is a commercial litigator with over ten years of experience representing businesses, individuals and financial institutions in litigation matters in state and federal courts in Illinois. She has litigated cases involving a wide range of legal issues, including business torts, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, foreclosure, evictions, declaratory judgment, fraud and mechanics’ liens.
Ms. Stoddard earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude,from Saint Anselm College in 2000 and graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and was the President of the Labor & Employment Law Society from 2004-2006.
Ms. Stoddard is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Massachusetts, and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
