Rosaline S. Ayoub

Ms. Ayoub has more than 16 years of litigation experience, handling commercial litigation and general liability matters from inception through mediation, arbitration, and trial. Her career has focused on advocating and representing individuals and companies in general liability, complex business litigation and worker’s compensation matters with the ultimate goal of obtaining the best results for her clients, while being efficient and cost-effective. She frequently advises and consults self-insured companies and insurance carriers on important coverage issues, including first-party and third-party insurance claims.
Ms. Ayoub’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defect, and a variety of business-related litigation, including matters arising out of or related to business and consumer credit facilities and financial services. In addition, Ms. Ayoub’s experience includes representing commercial property owners in unlawful detainer and breach of contract actions. She has conducted post-judgment collection and enforcement, including judgment debtor examinations, bank levies and wage garnishments.
Ms. Ayoub is a Certified Litigation Management Professional, a designation she earned through a certification process from the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
Ms. Ayoub is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth District.
Ms. Ayoub is fluent in the Arabic language.
